Homemade Lactose-Free Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
- 2 cups lactose-free plain or vanilla yogurt (Green Valley Creamery, Activia LF, or Chobani Lactose Free)
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Optional: chia seeds, sliced almonds
Instructions
- In two glasses or bowls, add a layer of yogurt (about β cup each).
- Add a layer of granola and a layer of berries.
- Repeat layers. Drizzle with honey. Top with any optional additions.
- Serve immediately (or refrigerate overnight without granola β add granola before eating to keep it crunchy).
Notes
Green Valley Creamery makes excellent lactose-free whole-milk yogurt with live cultures. Activia Lactose Free is widely available at most grocery stores. Some research suggests the probiotics in yogurt may help with lactose digestion over time, though results vary by individual.
