Ingredients

  • 2 cups lactose-free plain or vanilla yogurt (Green Valley Creamery, Activia LF, or Chobani Lactose Free)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: chia seeds, sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In two glasses or bowls, add a layer of yogurt (about β…“ cup each).
  2. Add a layer of granola and a layer of berries.
  3. Repeat layers. Drizzle with honey. Top with any optional additions.
  4. Serve immediately (or refrigerate overnight without granola β€” add granola before eating to keep it crunchy).
